1. How long does it take for me to receive the package?

Orders have to be processed before it is shipped. The time you wait before receiving the package is made up of processing time and shipping time.

An order status of “Processing” means your order has been verified and put into a processing procedure. Processing time is required because we need to confirm your contact information and delivery address, sort item(s), conduct strict quality checking, function checking and completed packaging. Once your order is packed properly, it will be forwarded to the shipping company.

An order status of “Shipping” means your item(s) have started to ship, and you can track your order once the tracking number is updated by the courier. Since the whole shipping process involves international shipping, the package might be in transit or going through custom clearance. During this period, tracking numbers will not be updated until the item is fetched by the courier company. You may wait for 10 days to get the tracking numbers updated for expedited express and 20 days for ocean shipping. Please feel free to contact us if you need help concerning the shipping status of your order.

Please noted that according to the international shipping policy and recent tariff polices, the estimated delivery date may also be affected by such regulatory factors. Therefore, a slight delay within the acceptable range during the international transportation is considered normal.

Shipping Time:

We provide a range of shipping methods depending on the product category and the country/region. You can choose your preference when placing your order(s). C.We apologize that Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the P.O.Boxes and military addresses(APO, FPO)can not be delivered.

D.According to different shipping regulations in different areas, some products are only available for a standard shipping. Please check your checkout page carefully, if there is no option for an Expedited Express, the express shipping may be unavailable for your order(s) or your location(s) at this moment.

E.Due to international shipping policies, customs regulations, and packaging considerations, item(s) in your order may be shipped in separate packages and may not arrive as fully assembled units. We will notify you when a separated shipping is applied on your order(s) and you do not need to pay any extra shipping fee for it.

2. How much does the shipping cost?

The price of shipping varies depending on your selected item(s), your address and the shipping method you choose. Specified shipping fee could be seen at checkout. but USA All Shipping Are free.

B.A range of applicable shipping methods are shown, along with its estimated duration and the fee;

Delivery Area Surcharge may apply when shipping to certain remote areas. Available shipping options and their costs will appear at checkout systematically when you enter a shipping address.

3. How do I estimate the Delivery Time?

Estimated Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time

The Estimated Delivery Date shown on our website is an estimated timeframe based on standard processing and shipping conditions, including the destination, shipping methods, suggestions from the carrier and precious shipping experience.

The Estimated Delivery Date is when we expect to fulfill your order based on your country/region and the shipping method you specified. Processing Time along with Shipping Time is counted.

The Estimated Delivery Date could be affected by several factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather, customs clearance procedures, or carrier delays. Especially there is a strict international shipping policy and a tariff policy recently, which may result in a delay during the transportation.

Please Note:

We are not liable for delay caused by the following situations–

A.Contact information or delivery address is changed/corrected after placing the order;

B.The product(s) in your order is re-specified, such as changing to a different color, different size, etc, after placing the order;

C.The first delivery attempt is within the Estimated Delivery Date. If the courier has made a first-time delivery attempt within the Estimated Delivery Date, but you missed it/ arranged a pick-up/ the address was invalid, we are not liable for the time when you could actually get the package;

D.Your delivery address is in remote area.

4.Could I get any compensation if there is a shipping delay?

We are doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, due to the large amount of orders on our website, and various factors resulted in unexpected delay(s) during an international transportation. There may be a delay for your order(s).

To express our apologies for any inconvenience caused by the delay, please check the following compensation range if the delay occurred.

-Delays within 7 days of the estimated delivery date are considered within a reasonable range and do not qualify for compensation.

-For delays of 8 – 14 days, we have prepared gifts for a compensation.

-For delays of 15 – 21 days, we would like to offer a partial refund of 5% (up to $20) of the product price as compensation. Plus, there will be an additional coupon on your next purchase.

-For delays of 22 – 35 days, we would like to offer a partial refund of 10% (up tp $50) of the product price as compensation. Plus, there will be an extra coupon on your next purchase.

-If the delay exceeds 35 days, please contact us directly, and we will provide up to 15% discount (up to $100) on the item price while there wil be an extra coupon on your new order.

Important Notes:

A.Compensation is calculated based on the number of days after the estimated delivery date shown on our website.

B.Only orders delayed due to shipping/logistics reasons are applied for this policy. Orders delayed due to incomplete shipping information or missed delivery attempts are not eligible for compensation.

C.Compensation is calculated based on the item price you have paid for, excluding shipping fee, insurance, and applied coupon. (i.e. The total amount of one order is $120, including $100 for the item price, and $20 for an international shipping, the final refund will be based on $100, instad of $120)

5. About Optional Shipping Service – Insurance

Our optional Shipping Insurance is available at checkout to provide additional protection and safety for your valuable items during international transportation.

With additional insurance service:

1. Free replacement in case of damage during transit.

2. Enhanced packaging. (Highly recommended for high-valued items)

3. We strongly recommend arranging face-to-face delivery with the carrier-

-If damage is reported after delivery, we will only provide free reshipment or partial refund (depending on the situation) as responsibility for the damage cannot be confirmed.

-If the package is refused due to visible damage, no return shipping fee will be charged.

4. If the package is damaged during transit-

-We can provide replacement for the damaged or missing parts. If the package is damaged heavily, we can reissue a whole new product.

-In cases both parties agree not to proceed with a replacement and the customer chooses not to return the item, a maximum refund of 40% of the item price is available.

Without additional insurance service:

1. Conditional replacement in case of damage during transit.

2. Standard packaging.

3. If the package is refused due to visible damage, the customer will be responsible for the

return shipping fee, including clearance charges and handling fee. In such cases, the

maximum refund available is 20% of the item price.

4. If the package is damaged during transit-

-We can only provide replacement for the damaged or missing parts.

-In cases both parties agree not to proceed with a replacement and the customer chooses not to return the item, a maximum refund of 20% of the item price is available.
